At Emerald Ellora Tarot, all readings are created with care, intention, and intuitive energy. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the policy below before booking a reading.
How It Works:
To book a reading, clients must send an email with:

Their full name

The type of reading they are purchasing

A screenshot of the payment confirmation, for that use this link.

If you have difficulty understanding English, please specify — I’ll use simpler words or incorporate Hindi.
Once your email and payment are received, you will get a confirmation email acknowledging your order and outlining the expected delivery timeline. Readings are typically delivered within 72 hours from the time of confirmation, unless stated otherwise in the email.
Refund Eligibility:

If you realize you’ve booked the wrong reading, please notify me before your confirmation email is sent or immediately after. Refunds or adjustments will only be considered prior to delivery.

Once a reading has been delivered, no refunds will be issued—even if the wrong service was selected.

Refunds are available only before a confirmation email has been sent.
Exceptions:

In rare cases of technical delivery issues (e.g., unreadable file, missing attachment), I’ll resend the reading or issue a refund if the problem cannot be resolved.
Because these are personalized, energy-based services, I do not offer refunds once a reading is completed and sent.
